Deliveries + Returns


UK delivery 

All our Uk deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day pre - 1pm).
Please note that this is a signed for service that will require a signature.


EU & International Deliveries

Overseas orders will incur additional delivery charges. Please email us for delivery options and charges.

Please note:

International orders, now including the EU, may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

Please note that all orders entering European countries after Brexit are now subject to custom and duty charges which are payable by the customer.

As customs vary from country to country (Local VAT), unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Please note that for European shipping, as the delivery address is outside of the UK you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item plus any additional delivery costs for exchanged items.

Please note our shipping price varies with amount of items ordered.


Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed that day and are usually dispatched within 24 hours, however this is not always possible. Orders may take up to 5 days to be dispatched during exceptionally busy periods. 

Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday will be processed on the next working day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. The item will then be delivered according to the delivery band selected.  

Orders received on weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to no-one being available to sign or any other reason which is not the fault of our nominated couriers and the parcel is returned to us, we will need to charge to re-deliver the parcel.


Returns

Clients from UK and abroad will be responsible for the return of a purchase. We highly recommend that you send items back to us via a tracked and insured service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
