Bold Brass Light Fitting Necklace With Beaded Tassels

This rather unprepossessing brass lamp fitting was missing many of its beaded tassels and I wondered if it was one step to far to create something from it.  Not at all!  It's turned into a bit of a stunner.

I have rethreaded a number of the beaded droppers and reattached to form the lower half of the necklace.  I also added a circle of amber glass and purply vintage beads to the centre.  It hangs from a magnificent necklace comprising large vintage brass, vintage glass and more purply beads with small lime accent beads.  Its surprisingly light and certainly packs a punch.
