Handmade Yellow Gloves Choker

I spend my life not being able to resist acquiring old 'stuff'. True to form, when a pair of small child's vintage gloves crossed my path, I could not say no although I really was not sure if I could reinvent them.

I ended up weaving the fingers into central design, added felt applique and hand beaded details and finished it with a length of wonderful vintage ribbon which I had bought years ago.  It's now a versatile piece which can be tied at the back or in a bow at the front.  Add a brooch as illustrated here and layer up with other things.  The sky's the limit.
