Turquoise and Bronze Vintage Textile Choker

This glamorous choker started life as a few bits of rather sad looking vintage textile.  However, I loved the colours and the potential to bring it back to life in some way.

I took off some of the goldwork and coiled into small medallions.  The long ovals were created from oblong sections.  Each one has been backed and edged with lots of small beads for some extrra sparkle and they are hand sewn to a wonderful peacock blue backing.
