1930s Green Metal Frog Clicker Toy Necklace

A vintage tin frog clicker toy from the 1930s with bags of character.
I am absolutely potty about old tin toys. “Tin crickets” (also known as clickers) have been around since the 1800s. The term “tin cricket” is a generic term for any small metal toy with a piece of spring steel attached that clicks when pressed.
This clicker is now the pendant to a striking necklace of upcycled vintage plastic beads, and olive jade. It’s worn here by some old bag in disguise with a finely carved old needlcase necklace which is available as a separate listing.
